I really struggled to get back to it this month but really feel back in it, done lots of walking this week. Making good substitions and actually making a healthy lunch for work for a change rather than buying a not so healthy one!

I plan to change that. I snuck a peek earlier this week and was not happy with the results:( so I have to chose better food again. I found a healthy ice cream though!!
Struggle? Cookies are an enemy unless there is only one. Wine still Not drinking it still a struggle but managing. Time to reevaluate.
I can see my goal in time
I am still looking for inexpensive gluten free recipes

On Tuesday morning I was 169.3 and over the moon. Then cold caught me and the rest of the week I stayed in bed. I hate it. Being sick is absolutely horrible. My only hope it is the last one this winter. Looking forward to feel better and back to work soon. Still believe the goal is achievable this month.

Successes/struggles this week: Eating has been a struggle this week with work being super busy and we ate out once. I had success in the fact that I ran once and walked the golf course, carrying my clubs twice this week. Mathematically it's impossible for weight gain, so I'm holding onto the thought the scale will drop this coming week.

Successes/struggles week 1: Struggles - I ate above my calorie allotment, didn't work out as much as I usually do, didn't drink enough water and my sleep wasn't very restful. I suppose the success this week was that my weight stayed even instead of going up.
Successes/struggles week 2: Struggles - I am not feeling motivated. I am eating even when I am not hungry. Successes - I haven't given up!
Successes/struggles week 3: Struggles - I am still struggling with eating when I am not hungry and choosing the healthiest option. I am getting better though. Successes - I have been exercising every day.

Struggled last week. Ive was constipated and then i have trapped wind which im still fighting :( dunno if im hungry or if its just the pain. plus i ate some chocolate through the week :( but last saturday i didnt even eat enough for the day which i know was bad. and yesterday i was on target enough though i failed to log after lunch time :( think i may changed my goal to 154lbs loss instead of 150lbs as there is no way id lose 3lbs in a way. maybe if i shift this trapped wind and more lol

Successes/struggles this week: much better weather all round so was out and about carrying the kids everywhere for most of the week. Had a random spike in weight for a couple of days which slowed down my loss. No idea why but could be due to DOMS possibly.

Sam, you've got this. Your self esteem will increase as the weight comes off. You're young and there's no better time than now. I've put this off my whole life and now I'm stuck doing it at almost 40. You can do it!

Have had visitors this week and it's really thrown my routine into a tailspin. Although we are eating at home every day, we are also making rich desserts and not getting the activity we usually get. I look forward to refocusing once the visitors depart on 3/27. I hope to get back on track this week with activity levels and solid eating choices.
