Yeah, I think a weekly weigh in would be good, including your weight from the previous and current week. And maybe the biggest struggle you had during the past week and then either something that went well or a piece of advice for everyone else? And/or maybe even a mini goal for ourselves each week, such as "drink 8 glasses of water" or "exercise 4 days this week". Thoughts?0

This is a dream challenge. Been stuck at 168ish for a year. I'm sure I could lose 55lbs but it will be hard! I'm starting late so 10lbs a month!

Okay cool.
By this Friday, I would like to weigh in 3 lb less than current weight. That way, I would have to lose 2 more lb by March 31 to reach March's 5 lb goal.
I would need to be at a 2,000 calorie deficit each day to make this week's goal, so I am not sure if that is practical. I better exercise every day to make it.0 -
I am in I've started this journey about a month ago and definitely would love to challenge myself . I've had some success and would love to have a great support to continue this life changing experience !
