I sure could use some happy support and ideas from ppl in this region since you know what kind of gloomy wet weather we've been having. Also, up for any ideas if you know some free adventurous fun activities in the nw, mainly WA.
I'm definitely on the larger side right now so no bungee jumping or anything extreme. Lol
I find keeping my mind and body busy, that I tend to not snack throughout the day so I would love to be a supporter to someone who is competitive, challenging, outspoken, (I prefer to the point) and ready to help both of us get healthy!

Weather out here can be challenging for sure. I'm in the Seattle area and I just went snow shoeing at Snoqualmie Pass a couple of weeks ago. 2 1/2 hours of fun and a great calorie burn. I like to geocache as an excuse to get out in nature. I'm also a bike trail rider.

I now have a fitbit Charge HR and have synced to MFP. It keeps track of calorie burn and is always rewarding me with extra calories.

Be careful what you ask for ........... LOL. Read my profile and if I sound like your type I'll be your friend.

My fitbit ID profile is www.fitbit.com/user/49JBQC

I'm just South of Olympia... Happy to add anyone in the PNW. My diary is open to the public.

I started my weight loss journey on 2/27 and have since dropped about 12 lbs. I started at 230 & have committed to losing 2 lbs a week until I beat my 1st goal of 199.9 lbs., with a June 1 deadline.

I've been doing the elliptical 3-4 times a week for at least 30 min., burning no less than 500 cals each, plus doing some weights.

I travel frequently, but wanted to get a good start, since I'm having a steak of about 4 weeks at home.

I'm planning to do some hiking w/ my wife & our dog, this summer. Also hope to do some canoeing. Never done the Geocache thing, but sound fun to try.
