Starts Monday, March 21, 2016. Do a minimum of 15 minutes per day on an elliptical. Be ambitious. Do more if you want. 15 minutes is the minimum!!!

    Day 3 completed 30 min. this am. Plan to do another 30 this evening.

    I did 30 mins today. Calves were aching in the first 5mins then eased off. Anybody else experience this?

    Yes, when I first started riding. But after the 3rd or 4th time, that goes away. Make sure your level is at 1 and take it easy.

    Yeah, make sure you stretch and warm up before you get on. I usually begin on level one and increase the effort every 5-10min. Take it easy.

    Thank you for the advice, I am not warming up or stretching first so will definitely start doing this properly in future.

    So far I've completed at least 15 min everyday since challenge started! Most days I've done 30 min. I plan to keep going too. This was just what I needed.

    I completed 15 min on elliptical right after I worked in the yard for 3 hours.
