Diet used for loosing visceral or belly fat.

Some diet experts claim that loosing the abdominal fat requires a different diet or workout regimen than all the ones used for subcoutaneous fat.

Do you know any regimen that will work ?

    Yes, calorie deficit is a must. Also, high intensity cardio that gets your heart rate up is also very effective for visceral fat.

    According to http://www.livestrong.com/article/437831-what-types-of-fat-are-easier-to-lose/, visceral fat in general is the first fat to go, before subcutaneous fat.

    Visceral fat is pretty easy to lose. It's the first that goes. Eat in a calorie deficit. Adding activity helps you burn more calories and is good for your health in general so I always suggest that in addition to simply eating less. Keep in mind that subcutaneous fat in the abdominal area is the last fat to go for a lot of people. No special exercises for it--just patience and a continued calorie deficit.
