MFP app not showing FitBit steps?

It was working yesterday but not today.

It just shows "0 Fitbit steps" even though the Fitbit shows nearly 5,000.

I removed the connection, then re-installed it and it still doesn't work.

Anyone else having this issue?

    did you go to the specific menu item labeled "steps" on the app and enable fitbit?

    Yes I did.

    it was working until today

    Does your Fitbit app show the steps? This is always my problem (well ... As of late), that I haven't opened the app in a while and the app itself only says 0 steps, while my Fitbit on my arm clearly says I have many steps. I open the app, it says "looking" then "syncing". Then the steps update in the Fitbit app, which pushes it over to MFP.

    Sometimes in the settings I change the "steps" to "don't track my steps", wait a couple of minutes and then change it back to Fitbit and it seems to do the trick.
