Well what was the reason you wanted them for? Protein?

Because eating eggs for breakfast is supposed to make you feel full longer. a study I read in a health magazine showed that women who ate eggs for breakfast were less likely to eat a big lunch and consumed an average of 417 less calories than those who don't eat eggs for breakfast....

I only eat eggs for breakfast on weekends, and not even all the time at that.

You don't have to eat eggs if you don't like them. They've got protein and fat in them, so they make a good breakfast choice.

Have some greek yogurt and mixed nuts for breakfast and you'll probably get a similar effect, though the calories would likely be higher depending on what you choose.

So you have to find something that you enjoy that keeps you full. You don't have to eat eggs.

I absolutely hate greek yogurt with a passion. I also really hate avocados. Both are things that would be really amazing to eat and help keep me full through out the day. Neither one I will ever eat, unless my plan is to be nauseous all the time.

Just find something you like, There are loads of different things. Try different combos and see what works best for you.

Stop eating eggs if you don't like them.

Do eggs have some useful vitamins and fats? Sure. So do hundreds of other foods. Eggs also lack fiber and tend to raise cholesterol. I wouldn't advocate dairy for someone looking to improve their health, (but I'm vegan), let alone assert that you NEED to eat eggs. If you don't like them; don't eat them. Have oatmeal and some fruit instead ;)

Clearly the answer is pancakes. You get your eggs, you get your whole grains, and you get whatever you want to put on top of it. Fruit, hazelnut butter, strawberry jam, anything.

There are no magic foods. If you hate one, find something similar. Eggs chiefly provide protein. Egg yolks also are a great source of Vitamin A. Milk is a good source of protein and vitamin A.

You can do 9000 things with eggs. Bake them into a cake, make tiramisu, anything. Not hard to work them in.

Yes. Actually, almonds are considered the "gold standard" followed closely by cashews, macadamias and walnuts.

It's the protein in the eggs that make you feel satiated. Eating anything protein wise or something with complex slow digesting carbs will do the same thing.

    Protein:
Instead of eggs or oatmeal, have any protein -- cottage cheese, ham, chia seeds, yogurt, leftover chicken from dinner, tofu.
