Hi I'm a 24 yr old young professional from New Zealand and like most people here am trying to make some positive lifestyle changes! My weight has yoyod a lot over the years and I have suffered from disordered eating. Over the last 3-4 years I have gained a lot of weight partially due to medications for mental health and hormonal imbalances. I'm finally in a place where I'm stable and can make some positive changes
