Today I bombed!

Today was a horrible day, diet wise, for me. I drank wine, ate a smash burger with debris fries, and 3 pieces of popeyes chicken. I don't know what came over me. But I know the struggle is real yall! Back at it tomorrow!

That's fine, there's always today to make up for it! There's no deadline or punishment, just get back up.
I had two beers the other day and a bag of chips as a snack tonight. It happens... And I'm sure you had a good time and the food was good0 -
I was very bad last night and had fat laden pizza! It'll be Ok though =D0

Don't worry about it. One time I lost two pounds a few days later after eating a bunch of extra food. I think sometimes our bodies just take over and give themselves the food they want! It will give you renewed motivation for today...0

Our smash burger is gone and I never got a chance to eat one of their burgers but I hear they are the bomb. My weekends are terrible so we just go at it again the next day!! Today is a new day, that stuff was in the past, let's move forward!!! Good luck!!0

HEY me too!!!!! It happens! I love Smash Burger I can only have them when I go see my mom so I figure one every 6 months will not hurt. did you enjoy the food and wine ? If so then let it be, and you get back on track we are all human. Good Luck0 -

It happens!I had mexican thursday night, drank saturday and yesterday ate a burger and fries plus icecream it tasted delicious and the scale may be up over a lb but I know its just sodium and water retention! Plus its almost my TOM so that doesnt help! Just move on and keep going0

Bingo! A burger by itself isn't a terminal offense. Heck, you can even get one of those big 'ol gut busting burgers and just cut it in half! BOOM! Instant portion control! The fries are a sure fire calorie bomb, though. I'll skip those, or try to swap out the side for something better if I can. Or just get them off my plate and enjoy my meal without them teasing and tempting me the whole time...
Life was meant to be enjoyed, not endured. Give yourself permission to have a break every now and again and don't beat yourself up. You know what to do, you've got this. Just get back on your horse and have a good week! Or hit the gym a bit more this week to burn off some extra calories.0
