Hi I am a 68 year old male and I am on a low carb diet my question is how many pints of water should I drink daily? I drink 2 teas a day and about 8 coffee's do they count? Thanks

Rule of thumb I use is 1/2 ounce of water for every pound you weigh. ex 50 oz for 100 lbs.
Nope Tea and Coffee don't count as they have caffeine. You need the water. And it's a lot of water but if you try different temperatures or types of water it will help to make the transition.0 -
