A quick vegetarian gluten free meal to have whilst at work. Without the sauce it's 575 calories - 20g Protein / 98g Carbs / 8g Fat

    This is quite a good idea :)
    usually when I go for lunch i'll have a sandwhich or something like those pastas you can heat up in the microwave, have you got any quick ideas for someone trying to cut back on the carbs?

    Hey Misha,
    Of course I do!
    You can always butter up a bowl, beat some eggs in it and pop that in the microwave if you're making the meal at work... Then just add the sauce and beans to that. Keep an eye on my YouTube channel, that's where I'll be putting up all the recipes for vegetarians and wheat dogers :)
