I did an exercise class today - now I can't remember what exact exercises each was - how do you record a bunch of strength exercises if you can't remember what they are? OOps

You could just make a note in your fitness log that you did x minutes of x class; I think calories for strength training tend to be fairly minimal compared to calories from other (aerobic/steady-state) exercises. So assuming it was half an hour or an hour of straight up strength training with no focus on getting your heart rate up (as it would be for running, spinning, etc), your calorie counts for the day probably won't end up too far off if you don't record each individual exercise.0
