I'm starting this push up challenge today if anyone wants to join me. I could definitely use help for my motivation to keep this going.

I'm in. My upper body strength never has been the greatest, or my push-up form.0

I have never been able to barely even eek out one push up because I have no upper body strength! But it's one thing I need to work on so I'm in!0

I've been sloooowly working my way up from not being able to do push-ups AT ALL towards my goal of being able to do 50 push-ups in a row. I started with wall push-ups, and then moved up to knee push-ups. This timing is perfect, as I've just recently graduated from knee push-ups to regular push ups. I'm down to give it a shot!0

I have never been able to do a real adult push-up but this will help me improve my push-up abilities.0

I've been doing all my pushups on my knees, so this will be neat to try!!!

Same here0 -
@TwinkieDong I wouldn't start at 5 if you're already able to do 40! There would be no benefit for you there!
Start where you are comfortable! And maybe you will surpass 50! Maybe your goal will be higher than 50!0 -
