Looking to hold myself accountable, and to find motivation and inspiration.
I'm 36 yo mother of 3. I had my last baby 14 months ago. I started working out doing cardio on my Bowflex Max Trainer M5 2 weeks ago, 5-6 times a week and maintaining a healthy diet using this app. So far I've lost 8.6 lbs. Its getting hard to keep up so need some help

Sounds like you are on your way! Congratulations on the babies, chasing three kids around, you should add that to your exercise on MFP for sure. People here are very supportive and you will find the motivation and possibly help with menu ideas for a woman on the go! Feel free to add me, I log daily, food exercise and such.
