Getting Back in Shape...Again... This time for wedding

I'm 30 years old. Until I was 20 years old I weighed under 100 lbs. I thought I looked weird and alien like and all I wanted to do was weigh a normal amount. I wore boys clothes because when I saw tight girls clothes on myself I didn't like how it looked. I had a huge gap between my arms and my body. It just made me feel weird. Finally in my 20's I went up to 130ish. I loved it. I finally had boobs, I finally felt like a woman. I felt comfortable and happy.
But then I started having health issues. I was stressed out and tired and didn't move around as much because I didn't feel well. So I gained weight. Then finally went to doctor and had surgery to remove gallbladder. I could barely eat for months. I lost weight and went back to 130ish area. I stayed there easily because over the next year I never could eat much. I also found out I had a hiatal hernia and IBS. So everything seemed to make me sick. After eating a few bites, I wanted to puke because it had a harder time getting into my stomach.
Two years ago, I met the love of my life. He loves to eat, food is his favorite thing in the world. So he was kind of bummed that I hated food now and hardly ate anything. He always tried to get me to eat more. He would buy me whatever food I wanted and didn't care if I ate it all just wanted me to try. Well finally it started getting to were I was becoming to eat a normal amount. Unfortunately, eating became a huge part of our relationship. We loved to try new things and order different things at once to try them all. Then he got a job at the walmart dc which was an hour from me and two hours from him. His only option was to move there and we decided to get a place there together. He worked all the time and I got a desk job. So I started sitting all day. At night we rushed to eat dinner and watch a show before he had to go to bed because he worked so early. So now the weekends was my only time to move around but I got more and more lazy.
Now I am at 180lbs. I feel horrible. I feel like an old lady who can't do anything, anymore. I didn't have the motivation to lose the weight till now. On February 26th he proposed to me. We are going to get married in August, hoping his sick father won't miss wedding. Then we are going on a cruise for our honeymoon. I want to lose some of this weight and get healthy again. I want to enjoy our cruise and not be worn out after one day. My goal is to lose 45lbs. I felt the best and healthiest in the 130 to 140 range. Plus I have a whole collection of nerdy tshirts that I miss wearing.
