Just got done with a 1 mile walk. Feeling good:)

Congratulations for your walking activity.
I have a daily objective of walking at least 10K steps. In case of rain I go to the nearest shopping mall and I walk there. I feel great after achieving my daily goal and I burn some calories, Bonus.

Thank you. I've thought about walking in the mall as well but I am low income and can afford the extra gas money. I thought on days like that I would workout to a DVD. Hope I can stick Tobit:)0

Save some money and get yourself pairs of wrist and ankle weight bands. Put them on when you walk. You'll get more out of you walking.0
