Carbs and Fat

I'm having a hard time balancing out my carbs and fat intake. I find it easy to eat too much (healthy only) fats, and very hard to eat enough carbs. I WILL NOT do anything low-fat or non-fat (unless it's naturally a low-fat or non-fat food). Does anyone have any suggestions for healthy carbs that don't add too much fat to your day??

Brown rice, whole wheat tortillas or bread, fruit, vegetables such as corn or peas, chickpeas, beans and legumes, potatoes.

Couscous really easy to make and a good carb I train a lot and this stuff is a life saver I like it plain but it's so versatile you can add anything to it I use it instead of rice. Xxx

    I am high carb.
Lots of beans, lentils, oatmeal, barley, quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes, even whole wheat pasta.
I add lots of skim milk to my coffee to give it protein, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.

There are no essential carbs, so don't worry about getting "enough ". Keep under 100 grams per day.

Most veggies and fruits beyond avocado, olives and nuts are high in carb and low in fat.
