I am so bored with eating eggs and oatmeal for breakfast everyday. I need some ideas on a healthy balanced breakfast that will keep me full until lunch that is pretty easy to make!!

Greek yogurt with fresh fruit is one of my favorites. I chop up berries and/or apples, add to a cup of Greek yogurt and sprinkle with a packet or two of 0 calorie sweetener and some cinnamon. Super fast, and super filling.0

1/2 cup of high fiber oatmeal and a big cup of water with a fruit of ur choosing0

I only like savory foods in the morning so I get sick of eggs too! I like Ezekial toast but can't eat so much grains. I'd like to hear some good feedback too. Maybe I'll try oatmeal or plain yogurt today.0

bagel/english muffin with smoked salmon is delicious!0

Avocado toast keeps me full for hours. I use half an avocado for 2 slices of bread, sprinkle a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, and pepper flakes. Then save the other half for lunch or breakfast the next day.0

Me too! I love my chobani fruit yogurt with fresh berries! So yummy and filling because of all the protein.0 -

Re-frame your thinking. You can eat anything you want for breakfast not just "breakfast foods". Just eat a normal balanced meal like you would with lunch or dinner. Left overs are a great option0

A cup of quinoa with a poached egg is awesome! Season it with cardamom and oregano, you won't even need salt! Or, try adding your eggs to some beans, cheese and a tortilla for a breakfast burrito. Don't forget the greens!0

Bob's Red Mill 7 grain cereal with soy milk and splenda and 2-3 hard boiled egg whites. Actually stays with me til lunch!0

I take ciabatta lightly toast it in the cast iron then smear avocado on it. Top it with tomato and fresh shaved part and put it under the broiler. I then take arugula mix it with s+p olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I top the toast with that. We eat it everyday either for brek, lunch, or a snack. We are pretty obsessed.0
