Hash Browns are my fav! I'll have to try this. Maybe with some onion and bell pepper. Did you use a whole head of cauliflower? Thanks!

Ooooh I have yet to try them as hashbrowns! Have you tried cauliflower rice? I love how versatile the veggie is~ I still need to try the cauliflower pizza dough recipe too....

Sorry this might be obvious to some, but your caption says "make in skillet until brown". How exactly do you make it? is the egg and cheese mixed in with the cauliflower? Do you need to brown it in any oil or butter? It looks awesome and I'd love to try it.

It would depend on how much cauliflower, cheese and oil you used to make your individual recipe. You would need to weigh all the ingredients and input them to find out how much your particular batch would be.

Idea: use one slice of bacon and fry first, then use the bacon grease to cook the cauliflower and egg! Skip the cheese that time. Thanks for posting, trying tomorrow!

What on Earth did hash browns ever do to you to deserve this kind of treatment?

Did you chop the cauliflower in a food processor or cut it in small chunks?

I do this in the oven with cauliflower, olive oil and salt, then grate cheese onto it at the end.

I like cauliflower. So to me this is a different way to do cauliflower. Thank you for that idea....but, it's not hash browns.

Haven't tried this, but have used dikon radish with a little onion and it tasted just like hashbrowns.
