I have been adding my exercise calories burned to the daily calorie intake. Should I continue to do so or I shouldn't?

Lately I haven't included my exercise calories. I think it can lead me to over eat on the day of. Plus I think metabolicly I don't feel the calorie deficit until the next day, particularly because I workout or run in the evening. I think I noticed that the premium level lets you log your activity but choose not to adjust your calories.
On days with very high exercise like from a long run I have to make some adjustments.0 -
Track your weight daily for a month or so and adjust your calorie burned up or down. All the numbers of CICO are all just estimates0

I don't add my exercise calories unless I really did a lot and feel the need to eat extra calories.0
