When I'm at work I get really hungry. When I get off I eat and it makes my stomach hurt.

I got that too in the past.
I learned not to get too hungry -- in fact not hungry at all lately -- and then in evening start my eating slow.
When I get home around 6:45pm, eat a few unsalted cashew, almond, walnut or 5-10 plain tortilla chips, drink some warm water. I'm easily good until 8pm, during which time I walk with my family and then prepare dinner. Only problem is my wife can't handle the wait and begins to rush me with dinner!!!
The idea is not to eat too spiced foods or too fibrous veggies on an empty stomach. I discovered that nuts and plain whole grain are very soothing for my stomach.0 -
Eat a better breakfast.0

I had the same problem - are you eating too fast and too much fiber or high protein diet. These things are hard on stomach. Try eating slowly, and in small portions at a time.0

Is it fast food after work?
Log your food in case this does not go away after cutting out "carbage".
A doctor can take a look at your foods and help you.

Why not have a snack? just make it fit into your daily calorie allowance.0

Sometimes it's is I work at McDonald's. So I can't have a snack. And sometimes I might get a cheeseburger.0

Some foods make me really nauseous even thinking about them.0
