Would losing more weight be unhealthy?

Hi guys. I started out at 200, and know I'm at 182. I'm 6'2" and didn't really want to go below 185. However, I still have a decent amount of fat to lose. Would it be unhealthy to drop to close to 170 pounds at my height?

What's your current exercise program? You may get better results working towards body recomposition, aka recomping. Someone will probably be along with a link.0

Research a recomp and a legit progressive overload program. You're already at a healthy weight, so losing more weight probably won't get you the asthetic goals you're after. It's quite possible to lose weight without reducing your BF% much, the same way you can maintain weight and reduce your BF% more.
Also, how many calories are you eating?0
