I don't understand why I keep reading about adjusting your calories after a loss. Does mfp not do that automagically when you update your weight? If not, how should I do it? I've lost 23lb so far, but am slowing down.

MFP prompts you to recalculate after 10 lbs, but you can re-run your goals any time. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/my_goals

Mine has stopped asking me if I want to adjust. I've lost 37 lbs and it only asked after 10. Not since.

You have to go back in Goals and recalculate and resave.

I just did. Thank you! It used to do it automatically. Not sure when that stopped but now that I know I'll do it periodically.
