Trying to get a six pack, weight now is 160lb

    Well in addition to whatever you are already doing, what works for me is working abs after each workout and I try to do something 4-6 days a week. Also it will be difficult if you don't eat right because you can have a six pack but not be able to see it because of any excess in the stomach area
