Ready to lose 25 lbs by June 30th

I started my weight loss journey at 215 lbs ... I got to 150 and maintained for several years. I'm back up to 170 and its reality check time.
Goal: 25 lbs by end of June ... Who's in? Feel free to add me as a friend.

    2lbs a week is not what I would call healthy.

    you didn't gain 25lbs in such a short time why lose it like that?

    It's a total of 14 weeks and 1.8 per week ... I don't think that's unreasonable... Even at 1.5 that's about 21 lbs.

    doesn't mean it's not unreasonable.

    If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

    1.8lbs a week is doable but at what cost? muscle loss? thinning hair and nails? being hungry a lot? tired?

    I'm shooting for 30 lbs in 10 weeks. I have a lot to lose though (150-180 lbs) even though my goal right now is just 100. . . JUST 100 HA. I think that 3 lbs a week at my weight is doable and I believe that your goal is reasonable too! Great Luck!

    I would also like to lose 25 more lbs by than. I have just lost 27lbs in 10 weeks. I am on week 11 and hope to be at 160lbs by the end of this week. It is doable!!!

    I have 12 more pounds to go and my goal is to be at 160 lbs by May 9th. I hope it is doable but not stressed if I don't make it. I still have my MFP set at 2 lbs loss per week.

    Hi-I'm rejoining MFP after a two plus year hiatus (and getting pregnant and having my second child, haha). I am looking to hopefully lose 30-40 by that date, but if I make 25 I will take it I suppose. So I will join! Personally I am debating getting the 21 day fix from a friend who is a BB coach, but also know it is gimmicky. She swears by it though. Just started doing t25 and light weight training. Now I just have to diligently log my food (always the hardest, most annoying part for me!). Would love the motivation of others!!!

    Im in the same boat. My birthday is june 12 and im trying to lose 25 pds also. Right now im at 203 ive lost 10 pds already since feburary.
