Your title shows that you have the right mindset. I suggest following a bunch of fitness pages on Instagram, Facebook and staying active on MFP to keep motivated. Consistency is key. Once you start seeing progress, you will be dedicated and addicted for life like so many of us.0 -
Make changes. Small changes. Weekly changes. Not scary changes. Learn what works. Log everything. Pay attention to you. Eat your vegetables. Exercise. It's always about the food.0

It's definitely a great mindset to have!
Exercise is very important, but the most important thing is eating right.
You can do all the exercising in the world, but if you aren't eating well, it doesn't do you any good.
Stay away from preservatives and chemicals!
Always check the ingredients list on your food. A good rule of thumb, if you can't understand it (like really long, weird scientific words and you have no idea what it is) don't put that into your body.
I am a huge believer in natural products and foods. The smaller the gap between nature and you, the better!
Natural foods are more expensive, but the benefits are SO worth it.
