Changing my relationship with food & health

So I am 40 and starting my lifestyle change. I have never had a healthy relationship with food and have always been over weight. When I played football in school it was manageable but then I ballooned when I got married and had kids and I have fought it ever since.
I have stopped smoking and have decided if I want to live to enjoy life I need to make some changes and get real with myself.
I hope to encourage and be encouraged by this community.

@taradouglas I vaped until I was down to 0 nicotine then picked a Monday and sat it down. I have told myself I haven't quit I just have decided I am not smoking today.
It took a lot of the pressure of failing off me to think I just have to not smoke today.0 -
