Experienced MFP friends...Am I lightly active or Active?

Hi I'm playing around with my goals, for my next 12 weeks. Im currently finishing up a 12 week Pseudo Cut. I've been at this overall healthy journey for 19 months and have lost 60+lbs, eating right and moving more. I've made new goals and challenges for myself every 12 weeks. I'm only 10-15 lbs away from my goal (CRAZY) and have slowly increased my intake over the last 6 months. I usually did lightly active to be safe but I feel like I'm pretty active.
I wanted to ask experienced MFP friends what activity level you would consider me at. I've been pretty consistent unless life gets in the way.
I do push/pull/legs strength training (heavy weights) X3 week with 20-30mins of moderately intense interval training.
2 days of 5 mile run, usually 11-12 min miles. I'm training for my 1st 10k.
I am a nurse and do 10 hour shifts X3 week. Mostly standing up all shift running around. I probably do 7-10000 steps just at work on average.
I'm not sure why after all this time I need to clarify my activity level with others but i just thought I would. As I'm getting closer to goal im trying to figure out my maintenance calories and activity needed to stay there so I can make the reasonable and realistic life changes I need to stay there.
I hope this rambling made sense to someone. I'm currently squeezed on a kids bed waiting for my son to past out so I go and get house stuff done. Being an adult is exhausting :-)
Thanks everyone!!!

Thought I would add. I lost 9 lbs these past 12 weeks for only having a 10-15% deficit, high protein diet, and exercise regimen listed above. I was happy with results. I think the heavy lifting increased my metabolism and pushed me through my Fall Platue and Holiday gain.0

It sounds active to me. I'm lightly active with a lot less than that.0

Can't see how it matters. You know your average intake over the past 12 weeks and you know your weight loss. So average deficit has been (9 * 3500)/(12 * 7), or 375 calories. Add that to your current average daily intake and there's your maintenance calories. Tweek as necessary if you move below or above your maintenance range.0

i had similar doubts,so have reset to sedentary and add back exercise to get a more accurate picture.

I think people will disagree, but I would say lightly active.
I have myself as sedentary as I have a desk job, even though I get 10k+ steps a day.
Another option to think about is setting yourself at sedentary and getting a fitness tracker- Sync it with MFP, and it will take care of your TDEE for you.

Your formal workouts don't count towards your "life" activity level, only your non-exercise activity should be considered for this setting. Everything else would be entered as exercise burn. You say you get 10,000 steps on the days you work, but don't mention the other days. If you get 7-10 every day, you should be safe using lightly active, if less, then use sedentary. If you use a fitness tracker and sync, it doesn't matter because the sync takes care of any needed adjustments.
Congrats on your 60# loss!0 -

I have an Apple Watch. I average 10-15000 each day.0
