Suggestions for workouts

I am very new to all of this- I used MFP last year when I did insanity and I lost 8 lbs, but now I am back up and I wanted to do something that I would enjoy doing. Please comment or message me if you have any tips on workouts (I have no idea where to start with those) and food!

    You've done insanity why don't you adapt some of the exercises in that to suit you?

    I liked doing T25. It's a bit less strenuous than Insanity. You could also try HIIT videos on YouTube.

    If you're interested...I'm starting a 30 day challenge group. You choose the exercise/diet - everyone will be doing something different - but you'll have several people to provide feedback and encouragement.

    Are you working out at home with limited equipment or do you have a gym membership?
