Chest Fat???

I bench press a lot, but that doesnt help very much. Any suggestions on how to burn chest fat?

You can't spot reduce. Eat at a deficit.0

I don't do any weight lifting and don't know much about going to the gym. I'm way over weight and struggle with staying under my cal limit, but I can tell you what most people on here will say:

Keep both arms extended horizontally while doing cardio preferably a stationary bike. If you can handle it rotate them its the closest thing to spot reducing you can get.0

And by closest thing, you mean nothing at all.0 -
Bench pressing will actually increase the size of your chest, by increasing your chest muscles.0
