I bench press a lot, but that doesnt help very much. Any suggestions on how to burn chest fat?

You can't spot reduce. Eat at a deficit.

I don't do any weight lifting and don't know much about going to the gym. I'm way over weight and struggle with staying under my cal limit, but I can tell you what most people on here will say:

    You can't spot reduce.

Keep both arms extended horizontally while doing cardio preferably a stationary bike. If you can handle it rotate them its the closest thing to spot reducing you can get.

And by closest thing, you mean nothing at all.

Bench pressing will actually increase the size of your chest, by increasing your chest muscles.
