Hi there, I'm Kirstin. I'm 23 and nearly 10 stone (which is hard to take in when I was 7 and a half stone only two years ago). I live in the middle of nowhere with not very many people around my age about and I would love to create a support group who can cheer each other on and support each other through our ups and downs in eating and fitness. I'd love to have step count battles and be able to share yummy recipes that aren't too calorific!

Would anyone like to join me on this crazy journey?

10 stone (140 pounds) is a perfectly healthy weight. 7 & 1/2 stone (104 pounds) is too thin and unhealthy. If anything you could put on a few more pounds.

How can you say that if you don't know OPs height??
