Thank you for your reply, Forever Sun. Yes me too I have cut out Mcdonnalds and eating junk food a lot and stop drinking sodas a lot. I lost weight and pounds dropped as well, but now they are just stuck.

I eat a lot of fish (tuna, flounder, cod) and chicken. I've cut out red meat for the most part and I don't eat fast food.

I only bake my fish. I love to dip cod or flounder in to panko crumbs and sprinkle some cajun seasoning on it and bake it. It's really good. I also will fix tuna sandwiches a few times per week. The sodium is a bit higher in tuna but calories are very low. Chicken I will sautee in a pan usually with EVOO or avocado oil and I marinade it before hand. I also will eat it grilled occasionally. I like salads, nuts, green beans, black bean burgers, corn. Corn on the cob is great as a snack. Put a wet paper towel around it and microwave for 3 minutes and it's ready! I hate waiting on it to boil.

Weigh and measure all of your foods. If you don't have a food scale try to get one. Walmart and Target sells them. Try to eat as close to one ingredient foods as you can and spices can be your friend. :)
