I would love to get a boob job. This will not happen. lol
I have big(ish) boobs, however, they don't sit quite as high, or look quite as nice LOL (and i'm only 25 )0 -
Tummy tuck and breast augmentation would be nice however I know in reality I would never be able to afford them and most insurance don't cover but I would love for these two, I saw reward after pictures on here that had a pinup photo shoot I might do that though0

Ya me to, even with all the exercise in the world, who wouldnt want a leaner looking tummy, plus i inharited my grandmas boobs, (God rest her soul), DD and sagging down to my tummy, but who can afford it????0 -
I would like to get plastic surgery like a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. I'm currently a DD but would rather be a D and maybe they could give me a lift while they are at it. I'm really not at a bad weight but I really need to work out more. I have a three year old son who ruined my stomach with the pregnancy. I do however want more kids so it would be probably after that.0

I have loose skin on my upper arms (especially near the armpit), upper thighs and lower belly (a LOT on the lower belly), but even if (when) I lose the last 50 pounds on my plan, I do not think I would ever opt for surgery. It's not that I don't find the problem embarrassing or unattractive, I find it both, I just cannot take such a radical step for something I may be able to reduce over time and with exercise. I think part of it is having had medically necessitated surgeries; they are so brutal I can't imagine doing it for cosmetic reasons.
My reward will be to FULLY enjoy a vacation with my partner. We went to Lake Tahoe last summer and I was probably close to 300 pounds. Not only did I have a difficult time doing the outdoor activities we went there for (hiking, biking, enjoying the water) I couldn't bring myself to do romantic "couple things" like sit in the hot tub or rent a two person paddle boat (honesty check, I tipped the weight limit for the paddle boat). Stripping down to my underwear (or less) and snuggling in a tub with my sweetie or jumping into a light-weight kayak and paddling around would make me feel sexy and pretty, despite the arm flaps and tummy pudge.0
