Just curious: How many supplements do you take a day? (Not how many pill per serving but like how many types?) Feel free to list them if you'd like too. Thanks

I usually take an omega-3 and a multivitamin.0

calcium magnesium & zinc, cinnamon, b complex plus vitamin c, iron, one a day women's active metabolism, green tea plus hoodia and I will soon also be taking: borage oil and cordyceps0

I take a Multi-Vitamin, Ultra Omega-3, Acai, Green Tea and Kre-A-Fem on my workout days. Also drink Whey Protein Shakes as a meal replacement a few times a week.0

I take 1-2 fish oil pills a day
Whey protein and P90X Recovery after my work outs
And about 4 shakeology drinks a week.0 -
1) Megafoods 100% whole foods Multivitamin for women
2) Megafoods 100% whole foods Vitamin D-3
3) Calcium, Magnesium with vitamins D & C (I think the brand is called trophic)
And I used to take fish oil capsules but I ran out and haven't replaced them yet.0 -
Multi-vitamin
Calcium citrate +D (I'm female over 40 yrs. old)
Whey Protein Isolate (powder) on days I lift weights which is 3 times per week.
I don't need a fish oil supplement because I eat enough fish & seafood every week.0 -
I am single-handedly supporting the whey protein industry.
I also have recently started taking some fiber supplements.
Once in a while I take Vitamin D if I remember to.0 -
I have ulcerative colitis, which inhibits the absorbtion of nutients, so on doctors ordrs I take:
Mulitivitamen
Folic Acid
Fish Oil (not doc ordered)0 -
B12 sub-lingual spray because I don't eat meat or dairy.
multi vitamin.... if I remember, which is not often. I think my vitamins are actually expired by now and still half full.
If my blood work reveals low anything- then I take them for a short period while I readjust my diet, then retest. Otherwise, I'm not big on supplements unless there is an actual deficiency.0 -

Fish oil, grape seed extract, heart regimen aspirin (all recomended by my Dr because of family history of heart problems), liquid multi vitamin, l-carnetine, glutamine, whey protein, joint supplement, , b complex and CLA.
I probably wouldn't take so many if I didn't get a lot of them really cheap through my son-in-law who is an executive at a major supplement company.0 -
Just one Shakeology drink does it for me!0
