Supplements?!?

Just curious: How many supplements do you take a day? (Not how many pill per serving but like how many types?) Feel free to list them if you'd like too. Thanks

    Multi-vitamin
Calcium citrate +D (I'm female over 40 yrs. old)
Whey Protein Isolate (powder) on days I lift weights which is 3 times per week.

I don't need a fish oil supplement because I eat enough fish & seafood every week.

I am single-handedly supporting the whey protein industry.
I also have recently started taking some fiber supplements.
Once in a while I take Vitamin D if I remember to.

B12 sub-lingual spray because I don't eat meat or dairy.
multi vitamin.... if I remember, which is not often. I think my vitamins are actually expired by now and still half full.

If my blood work reveals low anything- then I take them for a short period while I readjust my diet, then retest. Otherwise, I'm not big on supplements unless there is an actual deficiency.

Fish oil, grape seed extract, heart regimen aspirin (all recomended by my Dr because of family history of heart problems), liquid multi vitamin, l-carnetine, glutamine, whey protein, joint supplement, , b complex and CLA.

I probably wouldn't take so many if I didn't get a lot of them really cheap through my son-in-law who is an executive at a major supplement company.
