I've been on here logging in my food and water intake for 3 days now. Doing good so far. I was 18 grams over on the carbs today though. I just thought I'd check out the community section. I'm looking for some motivation to exercise I guess lol. One day at a time.

    You can do this; it's day by day. What do you enjoy doing activity wise? turn it into an opportunity to exercise; such as walking, gardening, dancing around the living room. I wouldn't be to concerned about going over by a few grams of carbs, calories are the main concern.

    Thanks all. So happy today. Went and saw the doctor and I lost 6 pounds! Of course, it's just a drop in the bucket for me as I started at 236, but it's only been a week and I'll take it!
