Hey! My name's B and I am trying to lose weight. I often get too obsessive and paranoid about what I eat, and I know that I don't eat enough. So I'm hoping that I can make some motivating friend s to support me and give me advice, especially when I feel rough about what I am eating. Thanks everyone!

Hi B! I'm also new to Fitness Pal. I took a few years off from the gym and dieting- and boy has it been rough. I gained over 50lbs+ and now I'm ready for a change to live a healthier lifestyle. Tired of feeling so
blah all the time! I'm in the same boat as you, overthinking what I am eating now and needing help with some easy recipes and meal ideas!

Thanks for the reply! It's nice to know I have support here. I never really tried to diet or go to the gym properly and I started doing so last year. I am only 10lbs off my goal weight now, but me and my family have noticed that my lifestyle begins to verge on obsessive/nearly anorexic. It i s bad and I am trying to increase my calories but I feel so guilty whenever I do! It's so good to know that I have supportive friends here0 -
