Quit smoking and weight gain?

Looking for people that like me have quit smoking and are wanting to lose the extra pounds gained associated with quitting smoking. It's been a beautiful journey to regaining my health back one day at a time!

I came to this thread to find similar support. While my extra weight is attributed to pregnancy (my daughter is almost one, I have an extra 20 lbs or so still), I just relapsed on smoking about a month ago and decided to quit a few days ago. I have bronchitis so that's helping me physically detox! But when I am feeling better, I want to make healthy eating decisions. I am willing to hold off losing more weight if that means focusing on NOT gaining until I am used to not smoking again!0
