Yep. I have lost 47 and eat all of mine most days. But I shave around 25% off of my exercise time.

I know I just started, so I have no track record to really lean on, but I've been eating all my exorcise calories - and I've lost 6 lbs. so far... I'll weigh in again on Friday, so we'll see but so far so good...

I am trying to. I will still have about 260 left today though because I just can't get it in. I am already planning a bowl of oatmeal later to get some in but I will have those 260 left. I have a lot of calories to get in though. I was glad they came down with my last loss. I now only have 2340 LOL big improvement over the 2400 I had last week and that's before exercise. But it's working the scale says so, so I guess I can't argue with it. Eat your calories young lady!

    I've just started as well...

It would be really helpful for me if someone explained why it's OK to eat the exercise calories. It seems counter productive to my brain... It seems to me like if I were to eat the same amount no matter if I exercised or not, I'd lose more weight. Someone please explain to me where my flaw in thinking is. =)

I eat most of them and I have been losing 1lb a week.
  • you have to feed your workout - if you don't give your body the fuel it needs to support the work you make it do, it will actually shut down on you. It is possible to eat too few calories - or to not enough to support the workout - and cause your body to gain weight.

I struggle with this as well! It really is tempting to not eat them in order to lose faster. I think until I see results I will struggle with this but I will definately try to do what's right. Thanks to all you who have been eating all your excercise calories and have lost! It will help encourage me to this also.
