My husband gets home from work around 7pm and I'm fixing him homemade philly steak and cheese sandwiches with fries.

I'm eating baked cod fish filet dipped in panko breading w/cajun seasoning and cooking up some fresh green beans for my side dish. I can't wait to eat!

Eggs, turkey sausage, and an English muffin. I had a HUGE, HUGE amount of veggies with avocado and evoo for lunch so dinner is mostly protein and fat tonight :)

@perkymommy No, I don't. It is a new BBQ place that my husband wants to try. I checked the menu on line (no nutrition information available) and we can choose from a selection of beef, chicken, ribs and pulled pork. The sides are not something that I care for but I was talking to my husband and we already decided to split the sides dishes and I can also bring home any left overs. I will have to ask to hold the extra bbq sauce since I don't care much for it.

Leftover lentil pasta sauce (on spaghetti squash for me, pasta for everyone else) with side salads. I made this recipe for the first time last night and it was so good! The recipe says it makes 2-3 servings but for us it's more like 4-5.

Dinner has been a hodge-podge of stuff laying around and the surprise of "let's go out tonight instead of tomorrow to avoid the Easter crowd". The only item the restaurant had that could fit within my remaining calorie and sodium budget was a side salad.

Probably pesto pasta, I have a basil plant going wild in my garden so I'm going to make a batch of pesto, eat some and freeze the rest.
But I'm only just getting to my morning coffee after cleaning the house, dinner is a while away yet.

Might have my vegan version of spaghetti bolognaise - wholewheat spaghetti and a sauce made from sliced courgette fried in a dash of rapeseed oil, then adding chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, coarse-ground black pepper and a little salt, half a teaspoon each of smoked paprika and Italian mixed dried herbs, soya mince, kidney beans and mushrooms, with fresh basil, loads more black pepper and a few dabs of sunflower spread on the spaghetti.

I have no idea today...it's Easter Sunday so I suspect it's not going to be overly healthy tonight.....

Something good. Currently the vote Is split, either pea soup or poutine, either way homemade and awesome. We did our easter dinner last week and used the leftover ham for the pea soup.

Dinner today was supposed to be cold sliced ham, corn on the cob and boiled artichoke with melted butter, but none of the vegetables were available, so I improvised and bought fresh asparagus and soaked dry white corn overnight, going to cook both of them very soon.

Not a lot of fat in it so it burn faster, you may want to use oil or some water in the pan and cover to let steam.

Giant salad with a little tuna, pico de gallo and salsa, hot sauce, orange and yellow peppers, mushroom, laughing cow cheese and nutritional yeast. All in a giant mixing bowl.
