I've tried this off and on but never put much energy into until now. I did really well and lost about 35 lbs just hiking and running but still eating poorly. Then almost 2 years ago I got hurt which required multiple surgeries and a very long rehabilitation period. With that said, I got lazy and gave up and gained it all back
