Feeling blue - any suggestions?

Hi all. Feeling tired and a bit fed up today. Any suggestions for healthy feel good (vegetarian) food? Was in such a great mood yesterday :-(

    I feel like that when I don't drink enough water or skip a workout. But if I need a cheer-up food, I go to a square of good dark chocolate or some celery with Nutella. Yep. Chocolate fixes all...in small quantities. :wink:

    One of the things I've learned on my weight loss journey is to not use food to cheer myself up!

    I recommend getting some exercise - even just getting up and going for a quick walk - when you're feeling down instead!

    Thank you. Previously I used one of my 4 'ch's - chocolate, cheese, chips or chianti but I am trying to avoid that connection with unhealthy food making me feel better. Seems I best put my trainers on and go for a run. Thank you for taking the time to reply. :smile:
