    Thank you everyone. Forgot to add too about the internal changes within my body. Recently had a full physical. Blood pressure is a nice 115/60, resting heart rate is 54, I'm a type 1 diabetic and blood sugars are within the NON diabetic range, total cholesterol is 123 with my HDL at 59 :-) I workout hard at the gym 5 to 6 days a week and walk every day. I'm 44 and the mom to 4 amazing children and have no problem running around with them now and I will only get stronger.
