edited March 2016 in Motivation and Support
Hey everyone I'm starting a new strength training plan where I work out from home. It's a 60 day type of plan and I know I can do it I just need to have support and constant motivation with both my workouts and eating right. I'm needing friends that will give me motivation and support to stay on track and I can do the same in return . Please feel free to add me as a friend and we can start from there.

I am working on my coaching gig right now..so helping others become coaches..so really my focus is more professionally. But as far as fitness, to keep my tone and tone up more...and then later on in the summer run a half marathon. Are you a personal trainer? I am thinking so, you know your stuff girl!

Was the OP edited to make the first responses look silly? I hate that trick. It's a big pet peeve of mine.
