    Lost 1.5 lbs since I started in January and treated myself to a buffet twice in the past week.

    August of 2014 I was 165, and right now I'm teetering around 146-147. A long time to lose 20 lbs, but I wasn't taking it super seriously. 2016 will be the year I'll be able to say that I've reached my goal B)

    Since Feb 1 I've lost about 12 lbs. I got a fitbit HR, but I wasn't sure if it was accurate. I decided that the only way to know how accurate it is would be to log all of my calories with extreme accuracy and NEVER go over maintenance (as given by my fitbit), then track everything in a spreadsheet and compare what I calculated I 'should' lost against what the scale said. . . So far, I'd say it's pretty accurate!

    I track and for the most part achieve my nutrient intake set for 1750 calories while researching the foods and keeping the calories under the 1750 And virtually no carbonated drinks whatsoever or sweets

    That's awesome @mikehluszti your second post about no sweets and no soda 100% same as me. I used to train ALOT and then had a family ... you know the rest I'm down about 18 since the 26th of February. Keep it going .......
