First time here- have over 100 lbs to lose

I'm a female with PCOS, so the doctor recommends I not eat more than 100 carbs/day. So far entering my food...it says I am not eating enough each day :(

    I supplement with Premier Protein drinks, but basically, sharpen up those chompers and dig into some meat (assuming you are a carnivore...otherwise, protein is the way to go).

    I know it's frustrating but hang in there. It takes some time to figure out what works.
