I spend ages looking for recipes which don't require much and have ingredients I have in the house.
I made Turkey curry tonight ~(I'm so proud I have put it all over facebook!!!)
75g brown medium rice
150g turkey breast meat
50g chickpeas
30g spinach
chilli flakes (optional)
philidelphia light
boil rice.
Pan fry turkey in olive oil and some chilli flakes
add philli, chickpeas and spinach and chilli flakes
Bish Bosh Bash. Turkey curry and it tasted goooooooooood!!!!!
