    Why - let myself go big time, luckily though I'm pinging back into shape rather nicely.
    Reason for letting myself go, hmm lemme see, abusive relationship, leading to being widowed in a fatal road crash leading to new man stabbing himself, leading to new man after that cheating on me, lol - epic luck or what!     Why: Have you ever struggled to get past 2 people sitting with their chairs back to back that most people can squeeze through but you need to ask them to move? That. That is my biggest motivator. I really do want to be much healthier and fitter, but I really don't want to feel bad about myself anymore!

    Why - Used to be a semi pro boxer, never lost a fight and was training to one day go pro then found out I had a heart condition so had to stop jusy like that and put weight on, now going back down slowly.
