I don't log my workouts here but I'd asume if there isn't a catagory you can make one.0

I had the same question! I tried to play around with it, but I did not see any options. Which plan are you going by (classic, doubles, ) I will start tonight. I have 13 lbs to shed, and I'm not looking forward to my "before" picture, haha. Good luck!!!0

Log it in MFP? I had to create mine under Cardio and input the minutes and cals burned.0 -
