On the nutritional label on my bag of sweet potatoes it gives the values for 100g cooked. Is this 100g weighed out before cooking or 100g after cooking? Please can someone clarify as I am confusing myself. TIA

If a label says that the weight is for something cooked, then it would be the weight of the item after cooking.0

Do you think 180 cal for cooked weight of 200g of sweet potato sounds about right?0

I always weigh mine after cooking.0
