I am so confused!
When I looked at the label for my whole wheat pasta it said the serving size is 85g. It didn't say dry or cooked.
My bfs regular pasta said 85g also but it was dry so that is what I did and wow that's a lot of pasta!

Pasta should always be measured (weighed) dry. 85 g is about 3 ounces which is about 1.5 servings and 300 calories.0
